Each entree includes a house salad, chef’s choice of
accompaniments, bread and butter, and iced tea. $19.95 per
person + WV sales tax and 18% gratuity. A VEGETARIAN PASTA
can be substituted for one of the above. TOTAL $24.95.

CHOICE OF: NORWEGIAN SALMON
w/ cucumber dill sauce
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
Each entree includes a house salad, chef’s choice of
accompaniments, bread and butter, and iced tea. $17.95 per
person + WV sales tax & 18% gratuity. A VEGETARIAN PASTA
can be added to this
option. TOTAL $22.50.

CHICKEN MARSALA
Each entree includes a house salad, chef’s choice of
accompaniments, bread and butter, and iced tea. $15.95 per
person + WV sales tax & 18% gratuity. A VEGETARIAN PASTA
can be added to this
option . TOTAL $ 19.95.
DESSERT:
Cheesecake, Turtle Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, or Kentucky Derby
Pie $4.50
COFFEE
and SOFT DRINKS: $1.00 per person, unlimited
APPETIZERS:
Hot Crab Dip with vegetables & crackers $3.75; Cheese,
crackers and Vegetables with dip $3.00; Homemade Chips and
Salsa $2.00. All are priced per person & set up on a buffet.
BAR
ACCOMMODATIONS can be made upon request
Minimum
of 20 people needed for the GROUP pricing and billed on one
check. Deposit of $100. Non-refundable is required to confirm
a date and applied to final check. A FIRM count is due 48
hours in advance and final bill is calculated on that number.
We do not charge a room rental fee but require all items to
be provided by The Anvil. If your group is less than 20, ordering
off our menu is also an option.
